How It works After You Complete The Request Form
We’ll be placing dog food orders at least once per month or as soon as we receive enough requests to meet our minimum order amount. Our goal is to increase this to a weekly order, so your dog’s favourite food is always close at hand. Once an order is placed and in stock, we’ll send you an email so you can complete your purchase online. You can then either collect your order on your dog’s next visit or, if you’re in a hurry, we offer free delivery within a 2-mile radius of our store.
For deliveries, each local area has a set delivery day – for example, Didcot on Tuesdays and smaller villages on Wednesdays. While this service is being launched primarily for Oxford Pet Whisperers customers, anyone can place an order! Just keep in mind that outside the 2-mile radius, there’s a delivery fee. Unfortunately we can’t match the speed or cost of Amazon Prime’s logistics. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
